Meeting started at 1906 hr.

Review of hand signals

Trust the process and each other. Speak from personal experience. Dissent, disagree, don’t attack.

Proposals

Proposal 1: Charge the legal committee with the authority to make a legal decision tonight. There will be a report-back next Wednesday from this committee. The 90% approval would be used as a definition of consensus.

Enable the legal committee, with anyone who wants to be a member, to make decisions about our legal case. It would use the same process and definition of consensus as the GA in order to do that.

Factual Information

We are waiving the one-week notice for proposal? The only requirement for one-week are for endorsements and demands.

Clarifying Questions

Everyone here today become a member of the legal committee and we pass the decision power to the committee so that it is not reflected in these notes, until the report-back next week.
