The General Assembly is the main decision making process for Occupy Delaware.
General Assembly (GA) is held at 7 pm every Wednesday, located on 1801 Jefferson Street in Wilmington (corner of 18th and Baynard). Use the back entrance on Jefferson Street.
The agendas for the GA’s are determined at Facilitation meetings, which are held right before each GA, 6:30 pm on Wednesday and 1:30 on Saturday.
Our Wednesday GA’s are more formal meetings where we use an agreed upon process for passing proposals. New proposals should be announced and brought to the Wednesday Facilitation committee meeting before they are presented to the GA. Additionally at Wednesday GA’s, the committees and working groups of Occupy Delaware present their reports back and announcements. Individuals are also welcome to present a report back or announcement as well.
At our Sat GA’s, we utilize the Open Forum format which can allow for more discussion as opposed to our more formal process oriented GA’s on Wednesdays.

Hello, I’m a long shot candidate trying to force a gubernatorial primary against the incumbent Governor Jack Markell.
